Replacement of faulty devices
SCRIPTCAST Pro devices are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Faulty products are covered by our 2 year guarantee from receipt of purchase.
If you believe your product is faulty please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault and our customer care team will be in touch to handle the issue. This will help us determine whether the issue is due to misuse or product fault. Once a product fault or damage is determined, our team will issue an RMA number for you to return the product and we will arrange for a replacement product be send to you.
SCRIPTCAST Pro has a 30-day return policy. You can return the product for any reason within the 30-day period after you have received the device. The 30 day trial begins on the date your item is delivered to you. If 30 days have passed since you received the device purchased on our website (www.scriptcast.co.uk), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
This policy only applies to items purchased directly from our website and not from any third party or re-seller websites.
